Where You’ll Add Value
The Intern, ESG accountable to the Director, ESG for supporting the ESG team in its ability to service the needs of internal and external clients and further the ESG effort of Morguard.
How You’ll Make a Difference
1. Research
Assisting the ESG team with research activities related to ESG
2. Data Management
Assisting the ESG team with ESG data collection and inputs related to Energy Star, energy, water, waste and GHG emissions. Assisting the ESG team with collecting and documenting the ESG processes and client & property requirements.
3. Clients / Properties
Assisting the ESG team with responding to requests from properties and clients on ESG related issues.
Any other job related duties and/or projects that may be assigned.
The Expertise You’ll Bring
Enrolled in a university or college program related to sustainability, engineering, building sciences or similar areas.
Core Competencies

Good communication skills
Willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Background or previous work in sustainability / ESG.
